  • Basic Job purpose :Responsible to perform the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as Hiring, Personnel Management, Social Welfare and the maintenance of HR records.

Principle Job duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
  • Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees and foster cross functional relationship.
  • Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts
  • Initiate and implement any necessary changes to help boost worker productivity (better assessment processes, incentive programs etc.)

  • Basic Job purpose :To check new programs and/or modified old programs for their durability and relevance and check if there could be many bugs in the code of the program that could hamper its usefulness, that may have been overlooked by the developer of the program

Desired Skills:

  • Manual Testing is must.
  • Working Knowledge of Database
  • Strong knowledge of all phases of SDLC and Automation Testing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Software Testing (Functional, Integration, Performance, Quality Metrics)
  • Expertise in Test data and Test plan Preparation. Generating Functional & Non Functional Test Cases, Executing Test Cases and Bug reporting
  • Work closely with software developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to analyze test results and proactively work to resolve any issues.
  • Use testing tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
